Hello and welcome. It just takes a couple of days and you will be flying, it's a lot easier and transparent then most sites.

Welcome to Avsim, you'll find a lot of different sub forums here with a lot of different discussions. Toward the top of the page is all about avsim and flight sim, middle are simulator specific forums, bottom are more commercial developer support forums and then some odds and ends at the very bottom.
