At first I couldn't get any affects from the PMDG 777. Then I clicked on the 777 Immersion app. That is when it informed me there was an update, so I installed it. That is when all heck broke loose. Now it tells me that it can't add most effects;

 

1. 777 Immersion failed integrity check.

 

2. unable to add the following effects; Brake Dust, Wing Condensation, Engine Condensation, Engine Water Spout, Jet Blast on Rotation, Jet Wash, Lateral Jet Blast, Volumetric Lighting, Wing Condensation.

 

3. then it said 777 Immersion successfully fixed, lol

 

4. 777 Immersion successfully installed. wow!

I ended up uninstalling the 777 Immersion and re-installing it and that seemed to fix it. One thing I did take note of, is that not all effects are going to be active unless certain conditions are met.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the package from the Install Utility (not the Windows Control Panel) will solve the issue.
