All other products can i found. 2 times i made a ticket, but i dont have an answer. Whats up? Isn't it possible to add it into your database? Is there somthing corrupt? Christian Nebeling
March 30, 201511 yr How long ago did you submit your tickets? If not long ago? PMDG reply times can vary, depending on how busy they are or what time of day you submitted. I'm sure they will sort it out for you. Rick Hobbs

This is a requirement for several reasons, but one of them is that I would've been able to jump right into our system and check why this is occurring for you. It's possible that you have multiple customer accounts in our system, which I can resolve for you. When did you submit the ticket, and what is the ticket number? Kyle Rodgers

I'm guessing you didn't go to the right place because I don't see it in our system. The proper way to receive support is at support.precisionmanuals.com. I checked the order number and it shows up as an incomplete order for the 600/700 expansion. Is it, perhaps under a different order number? Wenn es einfacher ist, du kannst Deutsch schreiben. As I mentioned before, the order number that you listed in your earlier post is for an incomplete order for the 600/700 expansion. I do see that the rest of the products are as you say. Your account shows valid orders for the 777-200LR, 777-300ER, and the 600/700 expansion, but I do not see any valid orders for the 800/900 base pack. In order to not discuss your personal order information on the forum, it might be best to submit a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com to discuss this further. Kyle Rodgers
