Ezdok Middle Mouse doesn't zoom?

The middle mouse button doesn't allow me to zoom in ezdok, I can only zoom if I enable the zoom feature in the ezdok manager thing. I can still click and pan around but zooming seems to be the problem. Any solutions? Please...

The zoom feature has to be enabled in the ezdok manager for each view in order to zoom with the mouse wheel.  Everything seems to be working as normal.

But does that now conflict with dials in aircraft such as the A2A Cessna 182? I've seen people zoom without rotating dials at the same time? I'm trying to click and hold the middle mouse button and zoom :)
