April 5, 201511 yr Hello, I am posting this because not sure if anyone else is having the same problem or not but I just installed the new NGX update and the latest Navigraph AIRAC. Now My FSX is freezing then CTD a few seconds later. Not sure what it is. Does anyone know what is going on now or how to fix this? Tried to do a flight with both the NGX and 777 and still crashing after take off. I have not had any problems in the past with any of my PMDG products but now I am. Any help will be appreciated. April 7, 201511 yr I am using the latest version of the NGX, and the current Navigraph dataset. Am not experiencing these issues, so it is likely related to something else. Did you update the aircraft on top of an existing installation, or did you uninstall the aircraft first, as per the sticky at the top of the forum about installing updates? Try uninstalling/reinstalling, and see if the issue continues. Andrew Jones Andrew Jones
April 10, 201511 yr Author Avwriter, Thank you for your reply. I uninstall the aircraft as pre the instructions for installing updates. Removed all references for the aircraft and did a fresh install of the latest update. I submitted a ticket through the PMDG support. Have been in touch with Ryan. He is helping me figure out why it's doing that. Thank you again for the reply.
