April 18, 201511 yr I enjoyed watching that. I won't kid anyone.......................I sure do like that Orbx stuff! Might have to pick up a A2A also.
April 18, 201511 yr Might have to pick up a A2A also. A2A added GTN 750 support to the Cherokee and C-172. Cheers, Rob.
April 18, 201511 yr Commercial Member Great video. Might have to pick up KBLU; looks like a neat little airport! Jim Stewart Milviz Person.
April 19, 201511 yr Great little airport ... close vicinity to other nice Orbx airports (2O1, KRDD, etc.) Just took the A2A Cherokee for a spin out of 2O1 ... discovering more great features of the GTN 750. Cheers, Rob.
May 11, 201511 yr I recently purchased the A2A 182. One of the best aircraft simulations I've seen! I'm impressed with your demonstration of the GTN 750, where do I find it for the 182? Also, what voice communications software do you use Rob? I've been simming for years, but still feel like a newbie.... Thanks for this great video, JOHN
May 11, 201511 yr Said I might pick up an A2A. Picked up four on the resent sale. Excellent products! I flew those 180 hp Pipers a few decades ago. The 180 Cherokee is as realistic as I've seen for a simulated Piper single.
May 11, 201511 yr Commercial Member I'm impressed with your demonstration of the GTN 750, where do I find it for the 182? The GTN 750, along with it's smaller version the 650, can be found at Flight1: http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=f1gtn Expensive perhaps, but extremely worthwhile. Edit: I recalled that Rob is using P3Dv2, and that Flight1 has a slightly different method for selling the GTN for that sim: http://www.flight1tech.com/Products/AvionicsSimulations/F1TGTN.aspx Jim Stewart Milviz Person.
