Dear PMDG Team,

 

I love your planes and especially the detail and care you put into them - absolutely outstanding anyhow, here comes my little request....

 

Would it be possible to provide a "extremely low detail" exterior model and texture for your excellent line of products. Reason is that customers like myself, who 99,9 % of their time spend in the cockpit, at the moment only have the possibility to completely disable the outside model to save VAS... now yes, this trick works really nicely and togeather with disabeling RAAS it saves around 400-450 mb of VAS.....

 

I love your exterior models, please don't get me wrong - but this sometimes in conjunction with large addon airports just makes it impossible to use either your products or the eyecandy on the addon airports.... (at least until we see a 64bit version of anything)....

 

An exterior model of the detail of an AI Plane (4-5 mb), at least for me would be more then sufficient, so at least if I do switch to an outside view at least I see something, at the moment I dont see anything because as I said my exterior model (as nice as it is with all the detail) is disabled to save the VAS...

 

However - this is just my suggestion and your consideration would be very highly appreciated...
