737 NGX weights and PFPX

Featured Replies

I have configured my NGX to match PFPX weights with this pinned guide on how to set the weights. But i'm still finding my weights to be out by 100kg

My ZFW with PFPX was 55.3t

737 800W was 55.2t

So i'm not sure what else i need to set? Or is this final and closest i'll get to matching?

Your passenger counts are based on flat values. In other words, everyone weighs the exact same. True in reality, or no? Definitely not, so expect that you'll get some variance.

Moreover, the sensors that pick up the weights (fuel, in the case of the 737) indicate differently depending on what you're looking at (PERF INIT page versus fuel totalizer, etc). Don't hyperfocus. If it's close enough, let it go.

I can let 100kg off but i just wanted to find out if anyone else has this problem with PFPX and the NGX?

I found out why the fuel gauges are different to the displayed FMS FOB !

It's not a problem. Why would this be a problem?
