sometimes it feels like the software "fs2crew" only works for english configured pc's

Your options are:

 

1. Use Button Control.

 

If you want to use Voice:

 

1. Use Windows 10.  Even the beta.  It's a brillant OS.  Download the English - US langauge pack.

 

2. Use Windows 8.  Same as 10.

 

3. Get Windows 7 Ultimate.

 

4. If you have Windows 7 Home, try Vistalizator (www.froggie.sk).  Make a system restore point first.  A lot of users use it and it works for tem, but I recommend Windows 10 or 8.

 

5. Downgrade to XP... not recommended.  But it'll work.
