PA36 Pawnee Brave....How do you access the Chemical Loader?

I just got the Pawnee and love it, except for there not being a manual. 

 

There are screen shots on the Alabeo website showing a Chemical Loader but I can not find out how to access it.  

 

Does anyone have this plane and have figured out how to access the Chemical Loader?

I would assume it comes as a popup panel. So perhaps use Shift-1, 2, 3 and so on until it shows up.
