I downloaded from pmdg the latest 737ngx for steam, I install, the pmdg operation center says everything up to date and the I get this popup screen to enter serial and then it comes back with some blah blah blah and license not good. What it says ina box is: "the activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activation exceeded. {Incident# 6197-7814114}"   Anybody getting this. I have an account and this is not a pirated edition...lol.   Thanks

Full names are required in the PMDG forums please.  In this case, a moderator could have probably resolved your issue directly had you provided name.

 

Reset your maximum activations by submitting a ticket to PMDG Product Support.  They'll get you back in the air.
