Without wanting to start yet another hot thread on this subject I would say that I hope it doen't arrive for quite some time. It seems a problem for many that as soon as a new version is released our PCs need upgrades etc to get the new version running smoothly. I am sure there are still quite a few that still haven't upgraded sufficiently to get all that they want from FS9.Andrewhttp://www.gordiusfs.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

I don't really mind when it comes out. MS won't demand that I upgrade sraight away.Victor

I am not bothered about a release date either - I am nowhere near getting the hang of this one properly yet and might even skip the next one altogether unless there is some drastic improvement. Just coming up to retirement and don't have the spare cash any more.It was just a casual remark - found it whilst I was searching for a book on navigation as the one I have is getting dog-eared.

At 600 pages it's going to be quite a weighty book!
