KDFW Greenery

With all the rain here recently, it doesn't surprise me. =P

What KDFW are you using? It appears to me that a flatten and land class are missing.

Todd Harrell

The exclude and flatten terrain polygon mesh is missing.   Typically, one would put these features in your AFCAD file to tell the simulator to flatten the terrain in a certain area regardless of what the terrain mesh data says and the exclude tells the simulator not to draw certain objects like autogen builds and trees.   Your AFCAD appears to be missing this feature.   As Todd said, your airport needs some AFCAD work done to it or a file is missing.

Thanks Guys,

I discovered that KDFW had been disabled by vector AEC.

When I enabled it, all is as it should be.

Also found excess greenery at KDEN and YMML (so far - maybe more to come). Both have also been fixed by enabling AEC.

Trevor.
