Hello guys,

 

I purchased the Mitsu last week, and the build version was 1.5. Seeing that revision 1.6 is now up, I'm eager- but have been unable to obtain an up-dated installer/.exe file from the Flightsim.com's Pilot Shop. 1.5 is still on their servers as of this morning, apparently. Should I give it a few more days for them to upload the new revision?

 

GREAT PRODUCT, by the way. I'm really enjoying it and you guys seem to really stand behind your products, which is way more than I can say about several other developers out there. May just grab the 402 and the 441 based on your reputation and your executed-with-substance focus on system details and coding even if the eye-candy is a little behind the big guys like Carenado and Captain Sim.

Yes, 1.6 has been uploaded to Flysimware's shop, as well as out to the stores. It will take a few days depending on how fast the stores update their files.

 

And the Lear 35 is going to be awesome. Mark is such a talented modeler. The next step to getting the eye candy that so many of us love is a VERY expensive step for whats basically a one man operation. Unless someone wants to invest in Mark and Flysimware and buy him 3ds Max.

On a related note, just grabbed version 1.6 today and am loving it still as a day 1 user. But fspilotshop is lagging on 1.6 of the 441. Any update as to time they will offer the new version?

Still showing version 1.5 on flightsim store. How long do these guys need?. Disappointed as I emailed them. I've bought alot of stuff from them in the past but next purchase I will go elseware.

Good reason to always buy from the source, I'd say.

I have emailed both flightsim store and flysimware. still waiting for a reply from flysimware. flightsim store did reply and said that they had already updated but every time I download it is still version 1.5. im getting abit annoyed because its a top product but communication between the above two is ridiculous. weekend coming up so I guess il have to try next week. am I the only one with this problem?

However if FSS say they've updated then they have, so what are you doing to refresh the page so that you aren't using a historical embedded reference from your own history? You do know how to refresh the browser and delete the cache?

 

Anyhow, 1.6a is a retrograde step IMHO. Seems to introduce more problems than it solves so you're fussing over very little.

I didnt buy from the source because i was given a choice. We cant all be perfect like you.

And dont insult me by talking about refreshing pages etc. Read the email i got from flightsim store. This is what i received from them.

 

"That has actually been updated recently 11/5/15

All you need to do is log into your account and use your existing link to re download the updated file"

 

now your a clever man that never seems to makes mistakes so look at the date that they say about the update and then maybe you can understand why im blaming it on the communication.

 

As for the update being minor. The next one might be major. I need to know because if i have to wait this long then its just not good enough.

With an attitude like that, you probably aren't getting the help you need. If only I could read your emails, I would have known.
