Hi guys , I want to start fly online and I choose vatsim . I downloaded Vpilot but my mic doesnt work with these software .. Can somebody help me ? Thanks

Did you calibrate it? Go to settings, "audio" and calibrate the mic. Then it should work.

Also, don't use the Flight1 Mustang.  It's transponder logic is backward.
