FSX, PFP and ASN historic flight

Featured Replies

Hi folks

Here is what I want to do. I am trying to simulate a real world flight that took place in the past. I have ASN and I understand that if I set "force to sim time" and I then set FSX time to a past date and time, Active Sky will automatically give me the weather for that date without selecting historical weather in Active Sky.
In order to create the correct OFP using PFPX with weather from the past date and time would I have to set the Historic weather date and time in Active Sky as well as 'force to sim time'? I hope that makes sense'
I basically want the weather, flight plan and Sim to reflect the past date and time for the historical flight.

Just tick "Force to sim time" and your good to go.  I have had trouble with PFPX allowing FP's that are over 24 hours old. But, maybe someone can confirm that.
