Open GL CTD With new Nvidia Driver

I updated to the latest Nvidia Driver 353.06 ever since getting that driver I've had three CTD not at the same time but days away . This is what I am seeing in the Event Viewer

 

Unable to recover from a kernel exception. The application must close.

It is really weird as it is not a regular thing. Just happens once in a while mostly when on the initial climb.
