June 23, 201510 yr Commercial Member My PMDG B737 NX can no longer register. The key number is not accepted. What can I do? As Peter mentioned, this is usually due to either not typing the key correctly (just copy and paste the information in the email or your order page), or you're trying to use the wrong key with the product (an 800/900 key for the 600/700, etc).
