What is that red flashing light on the winglet at 0:33?

It can't be the Nav lights as they don't flash.

Is it the beacon? Aren't the beacon below the fuselage? Are they so powerful?!

Yes, those are the beacons. They are normally located on the top and bottom, and are quite powerful.

Could anyone also confirm that at 1:00, the lights flashing on the floor (ie. runway) are the strobes?
