It's not a problem.

 

You have a 60 knot wind from the left, so the aircraft needs to turn into the wind (to the left) to ensure it remains on the route:

Additionally, you have the HEADING UP option enabled, which references your navigation display (ND) to the current aircraft heading, which makes this effect more apparent (see the picture above - the heading is the white/blue line). The other option is TRACK UP, which would reference your ND to your current track (along your route - the yellow line).

I thought you mean the track lines, but not all airways are, quite often you get annoying kinks from waypoints quite close together.
