July 10, 201510 yr I have recently upgraded my graphics card to a GTX 970. Although I've been keeping up to date with the drivers, I have noticed on the NVIDIA support forums quite a lot of criticism of the latest drivers with reports of poorer performance and problems with certain browsers compared to previous versions. For those of you with a 970 card, is there a particular version of the drivers which seems to work better with FSX or should I just continue to update to the latest? i7-14700k | Asus ROG STRIX Z790-F Gaming WIFI | 32GB DDR5 RAM | MSI RTX 4080 Super | WD Black SN850X 1TB & 2TB | Corsair HX1000i ATX3.0 | MSI MAG401QR 40" monitor | Win 11 Pro 64-bit | Meta Quest 3

July 15, 201510 yr My latest work great too! You have to take comments (even mine and Greg's) with a grain of salt as millions have installed these drivers on various systems and you are bound to have both a lot of negative and positive comments. NVidia does a pretty good job at issuing "hot fixes" if and when an issue is discovered soon after they release new drivers. ATI does too.
