Is anyone using this in P3Dv2? Is it any good? Fps hit?

I have it for P3Dv2 and it makes precipitation look much better to me.  I haven't noticed any FPS hit.

Ok I purchased Precptfx and I can't get it to download. It's some type of php file. What do I do? Using Free Download Manager

Why would you use a downloader program for such a small file - also make sure its no being blocked from being downloaded - and dont use the manager
