These guys do something similar and sell the software as well to do the warping.  It is not spherical but probably a good bit more practical being cylindrical

The other screens are cobra curve screens -- a UK based company -- they use a curve mirror to project back onto the screen -- based on the ideas by idome by paul brooke.
