Just got an update notification and it installed a small update.  Now shows 10.40.

 

Not sure if anything got changed, but everything looks and runs the same as last beta (which was stable for me)

 

This is good news for the Steam users. They should be getting the update soon if not already.

Not yet I think... this is RC1 so it might eventually be the stable one , but there might be RC2 , 3....

Forty nine (49) mbs compressed download.  I see no difference in this and 10.40 b11 as far as the way things operate, ie, no problems.  One flight in my 757.  No unusual occurrences.  Everything appears to be good.
