September 12, 201510 yr Hi, I have just reset my fsx cfg file and wanted to apply the automatic tweaks on *******' Automated tweaking and tuning tool site, but for some reason it keeps coming up with the error "Your request could NOT be processed. Reason: This is an FSX only tool. The file you sent is NOT recognized as a valid fsx.cfg file." I have used this tool many times before and this is the first time I have come across this problem. i have just tried about 20 times, using both the "copy string" method and manually browsing for the file, and nothing is working. This is apparently a common problem, as I did an internet search and found heaps of pepole with the same problem, but unfortunately no solution. Does anyone know what's happening here? Cheers, Scott

Cheers, Scott Shut down your browser and try again, used to do this to me all the time when I saved the site as a shortcut. http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html MSI Codex 5 10SC-262UK Desktop PC - Intel Core i7-10700, RTX 2060 Graphics, 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD, 256GB SSD.
September 12, 201510 yr Author Thanks for the quick reply 777. I tried resetting the browser, and also tried using Internet Explorer, as I usually use Chrome. Unfortunately none of this helped. What I eventually did was try an older backup copy of my fsx.cfg to see if it was a problem uploading or the file itself, and this one worked. So then I deleted my original(new) fsx.cfg and let fsx build another new one, and this time I clicked on "No" for all of the "Trusted" section popups. I shut down FSX and tried the tweaking website again, and this time it uploaded no problem and applied the tweaks for me. I must not have liked something in my "Trusted" section before? Not sure really. Cheers,
