I'm not a true expert in how to solve this computer problems, so I'd be gratefull some directions of how to end with this problem.

 

When opening Prepar3D V 2.5.12944 Academic it crashes inmediately after completing the initial scenery library database building. When i look at the Events Viewer I find this report:

In the same computer I have FSX which works correctly. I should appreciate any help.

According to page 12, AVSIM CTD Guide:
 
Kernelbase.dll – No known fix but some have solved this problem by updating or reinstalling their video card drivers.  Scan your system for corrupt/missing files (click for how to).  Disable startup programs by opening the Run command on your computer and typing msconfig in the box.  When open, look at the Startup tab and disable all startups (they are all not needed for operation of your computer).

If you have Active Sky Next, try reinstalling it. I had a Kernelbase error the other day and it was caused by ASN. Reinstalling it fixed the issue.

It could be a corrupted install due to an antivirus or an antivirus interfeering with the program execution, make an exception in your AV to remove P3D from the scan...
