After filling in the required information as well as the serial #, I get this error message; "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL / TLS secure channel. Can you tell me how to correct this? Also, when running the compatibility test, I get this: " PMDG 737 NGX is NOT compatible. Databroadcasting flags are not set correctly"! How can I correct this? Afterall, I purchased this product primarily to use with the NGX. Thank you..

May 13, 20224 yr Hopefully I have not wasted my money, but here goes. I just bought licenses for the Aviaworx CDU software to use with PMDG 737 for MSFS and the Maddog for MSFS. I am using a Kindle fire. I activated the license. I generate a QR code which my Kindle Fire does read, but when I try to connect to the IP address provided, nothing happens. According to Simmarket there are no refunds, so unless I can get this working, I guess I am out of luck, and the money. Pete Edited May 13, 20224 yr by retnavycpo
