Sorry for starting a new topic for this, but I've never found any stuff in connection with 3rd party AI traffic. So my question is that whether Radar Contact 4.3 supports Mytraffic, or Ultimate traffic 2? If it does, how do I make them work together? I have Radar contact and Mytraffic 6 installed on my computer, I see the AI traffic, I have ATC instructing me, but it's not instructing other aircraft. Sorry, but I really need help, I confess I have not read through the whole manual, but as I was looking in it I couldn't find the section dealing with this.

Make sure you have Ai Chatter ticked in Options. You will only hear instructions to Ai traffic if you're on the same frequency. For example, during Clearance, Ground and Tower.

 

Once airborne there are control layers and you will only hear other aircraft if they are around the same FL as you. Search for ATC Airspace Structure in the manual for more info.

. . . and don't use the prerecorded ai chatter option. That's basically random stuff that slows down perfprmance.

 

The only problem with UT2 is that it delays assigning the flight number in departing ground operations.

 

You can check if RC is getting the information. Go to:

and download Traffic Look and install anywhere. (You also can get the current makerunways.exe from that page.) Run Traffic Look and you'll get a stand-alone Window that shows traffic FSUIPC recognizes and reports to RC and other applications. You can alt-tab between RC and Traffic look if not windowing FS and Traffic Look for display at the same time. That will insure that fsuipc see the traffic, This is useful for diagnostics and confirmation.

Thank you for your support, I'm a step further, I hear ATC communicates with me and the other aircraft. But I hear only ground. As I tune tower manually, or switch to tower by following the instructions of Radar contact, after I've taxied to the holding point, there is no communication except for line up and wait. Neither to me, nor the others. Do you know what's wrong?

Hmmm, that strange. If you follow an Ai aircraft out towards the runway holding point you will be instructed to monitor Tower once over half-way there. Make a point of waiting for an Ai that will use the same runway as you.

 

You should hear Tower clear him to line up and wait (or taxi into position and hold in FAA areas) followed by his take-off clearance.

 

You will then be cleared to LUAW and as you do so should hear Tower instruct the departed aircraft to contact Departure.

 

Pick a busy airport with plenty of Ai and see how that goes.

Is this at all airports or specific airports. Default or add-on scenery.
