No AI Landing lights....?

Featured Replies

Hi

I have just installed the Fixer and it looks great. But.....

My AIs does not have visible landing spotlights. Nothing.

The other lights seems to work on AIs.

MyTraffic 5.4c.

Anyone know what is wrong?

I have googled a lot and also searched this forum and can not find any clue on what might be the problem.

Can it be the spotlight.bmp, I have found a couple of them with different date.

In DX9 it all AI lights worked as they should.

Simple fix.

I uninstalled MyTraffic and installed UT2 instead. On top I added Shockwave lights and now all AI lights works.

Shockwave lights is a great little add-on.  I need to see if it has P3D v2.5 support because I always liked the way the lighting showed up.  I have MyTraffic but haven't reinstalled it yet because I am still on the fence on which of the two i have (WOAI and MyTraffic 6) has better performance with minimal impact.

Good to see you figured it out.

If you go for MyTraffic 6 and all AI lights works including landing lights. Can you please post it here so we all know. I prefer MyTraffic and would like to know if upgrading to ver 6 fix this landing light problem.

Otherwise UT2 is OK, a little heavy on the system but it have a nice feature I like a lot. A menu button that says "Clear the approach", very useful sometimes.

Have had UT2 since it came but it was a little heavy on my system at that time, WinXP 32 and Core2 Quad. So I got MyTraffic instead that is a lot lighter on the system.

So far UT2 works good. I have more power now so we'll see.
