can't access supp data nav page

I want to create a new permanent waypoint. manual says this is only possible on ground and by entering SUPP into the nav data page. so when I enter SUPP nothing happen. anyone an idea?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it's simulated in the NGX.

This is not simulated in the NGX.
