I've not purchased any versions of Prepared but am interested in making the plunge into v3.

 

However I'm interested to see what the snow and rain looks like by default with no aftermarket effects packages installed.

 

Mainly, I want to see if snow is now floating to the ground in v3 rather than falling like javelins as it did in FSX.

 

If someone would be kind enough to post a short YouTube video showing what the snow and rain looks like from in the VC and in spot view I'd greatly appreciate it.

I don't have v3 yet, but am very looking forward to installing it this weekend. Below is a link that depicts a flight in rainy conditions that Saul James put together recently.

Well rain appears about the same as FSX which is good, but the snow falling is my main interest to see in action.

 

Hopefully someone will be able to put together a shirt video of it, maybe Rob if he gets a chance.
