TCAS in PMDG 737-700

Featured Replies

Ciao to all,I've posted on PMDG forum, but didn't receive any responce....To get the TCAS "on" I need to select the switch on the pedestal to TA/RA and CSF on the autopilot..correct??But i don't get the "TCAS" word on the central display...Also if i do the TCAS test....I don't get anything...Why???Please help...PAco

Hello,I dont think the TCAS is modeled in the 600/700 series, unless you have the 800/900 series then it is modeled(I think)

 Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

That is correct, it is only there if you bought the 800-900 series as this also upgrades the 600-700..
Randy J. Smith
HiYep. You need to have 800/900 in order to update the 600/700.But if you do, did you turn the traffic on the center of the range knob on MCP?And the word on ND is "Traffic" not TCAS! :)Just checking...Miguel

Not to sound rude, but did you read the post pinned at the top of this forum stating that no PMDG support questions are to be posted here? This being said, you probably got the answer already.Cheers,JohnBoeing 727/737 & Lockheed C-130/L-100 Mechanic
