Has there yet been a resolution of the Harrier gauge piracy question first tabled by Rob Barendregt?

We were told that we'd be informed when it was resolved. However, it seems to be taking a long time.

I bought the original harrier that was released with that questionable gauge and recently downloaded the NEW and Improved harrier update. Well its not! I think they replaced the gauge with a new one and sugar coated the update cause in my opinion the new vtol,stol modeling is horrible. FS9 just doesnt do vtol well so unless you are a hardcore Harrier fan, pass on this one.

How about we wait for the involved parties to start this ball rolling again? Even if it takes till Christmas, it quite frankly does not concern us. As soon as they feel the issue is resolved, we will know. Patience, young padawan ;)-JeremyThe Ozark DogfighterHappy Flying!
