After long load on Prepar3D V3 and it loaded I get Black Screen and nothing else shows.

Also try some of the solutions provided by others from around the flight simulation community worldwide in the AVSIM CTD Guide (see link in my signature).  Look at pages 10 and 11.  I see though you were able to get the sim to start up by reinstalling the video card drivers (post 12) so your OP is fixed?  Now you are having issues with fps because you have weather turned on and sliders turned up?

Ok;

 It seem to be working fine for couple of days after doing some tweak on the Prepard.CFG file.

emfbi, But I have a similar problem. It takes a long while during the boot process, then I get the opening screen. The box with a spinning aircraft turns black within seconds, and then the sim program does a cdt. I deleted the shader file as suggested above, but after clicking the P3d.exe icon, a popup box says no shaders are found, and nothing else happens. I added the [start] section also mentioned above. (It was not in the default p3d.cfg, and again, the sim crashed as soon as the first options screen appeared. I checked event viewer and got a couple of error reports, which I will take to the P3D forum. This is very frustrating and not at all what I expected. I suppose I will also delete and then reinstall the sim, but if that does not work, I suppose I will seek a refund from LM as a last resort and go back to FSX (which btw, I cannot get to work under any circumstances in W10. I have gone back to W7 as a result, but there is no need here to  go into my long and frustrating experience. Thanks for reading this far, comments are welcome
