November 1, 201510 yr Commercial Member F/O Flow: set fixed landing lights to on and set seatbelts sign to on is not always performed by F/O. My only guess is maybe you're are not in Descent Mode, which is a necessary condition. To put FS2Crew into descent mode, run the Approach or Descent Checklist or run the Approach brief.
