October 31, 201510 yr I keep separate sets of dll.xml and exe.xml files depending on the session I will start in FSX:SE. If it's a session for flying aircraft other than PMDG's 777 or NGX, then I have versions with no entries pertaining to those add-ons. When flying a PMDG I used to have a single dll.xml file, wich resulted from the sequence of 777 and NGX installs, but I noticed that when installing the NGX over a clean dll.xml I notice that it doesn't create the entry: " <Launch.Addon> <Name>PMDG Interface</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>PMDG\DLLs\PMDG_Interface.dll</Path> <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName> <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName> </Launch.Addon>" but only the "PMDG HUD" interface entry. Question: Can I actually leave out the above entry ( PMDG Interface ) when using only the NGX ? November 3, 201510 yr Hi Jose, I would simply disable it temporarily by editing the xml and changing the line <Disabled>False</Disabled> to <Disabled>True</Disabled>. You will then be able to see what happens. Best regards, Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource!
