P3D v2.5 and FSX:SE on the same rig...

Featured Replies

Any of you with such a setup and having problems?

I bought P3Dv2.5 just a month before v3 was released. I am skipping v3, until a 64 bit version is released... but I bought the PMDG 777 to use with P3D, and have all my other stuff running in FSX:SE, so, would like to know if both sims can co-exist peacefully ...

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

They are 2 totally different programs, so obviously will not affect each other.

Re the P3Dv2.5 purchase.... You DO know that you have a 60 day period to see if you are happy with it & then can ask for a refund? Why skip v3? there is gonna be a looong wait for a 64bit version. You do realise that there will be 32bit-64bit compatibility issues &  64bit is not the Holy Grail?
