November 10, 201510 yr Hi, I purchased some rudder pedals, great on the ground and takeoff. But in the air, the slip ball hardly seems to move? As if the pedals are not needed? Ian
November 10, 201510 yr Some aircraft are feet on floor yes. But unfortunately, it has more to do with the lousy implementation of the turn & slip indicator, also in X-Plane ( FSX stinks as well ) plus the fact that there are some limitations in X-Plane in as far as directional stability, weathervane stability, etc... goes. You can use the HUD with more success :-) Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
November 10, 201510 yr There is a keyboard combination for it - displays full screen HUD, and you an see the turn coordinator cue, which works better than the ball...
