open window on pmdg 737/800 repaint ?

Hello guys i need help please im really lost on this repaint  i got annother problem      every think was fine just was resolving the night tail issue after that i got this

an open window i dont see it on other aircrafts only on my repaint 

Just a wild guess but could it be a layer that was active at the time you created the final image or maybe even the layer for the closed windows got shifted out of place, causing a base layer to show through?  What program did you use to work with your repaint?

thank you so uch for your help  om using photoshop cs6  and dxt bmp 

 

i jsut eddited the alphachannel and make annother window on it it works fine, what do u think the probleme was and how can i avoid it on my next repaints ?? by the way when i finish repanting i flatten all the layers is it true ??
