Problems Downloading the Learjet

Featured Replies

Hi: I just purchased the Learjet from the Flysimware store. I tried downloading the plane several times, but the connection was slow, and the download terminated before it was completed. I now get a message saying that I have reached the maximum number of downloads.  I sent a message to customer service, but thought I'd post here as well.  Any help would be appreciated.  Mike Gutierrez, North Hollywood, California.

We updated to a dedicated ip to open ports and according to one of our customers who had slow DL speeds emailed back saying it was now 2MB a second. We found that if your ISP times out or is slow our system will use up your DL limit to prevent flooding and theft. This is rare and you can simply email us on the issue as we have suggestions that work to get around the problem. Glad this only happens once in a while!
