November 24, 201510 yr Should we get excited? I'm going to say yes and no. Yes eventually, but no upon release. If you opt for Pascal upon release, non of the games released at the same time will be able to utilise the awesome power of Pascal. Games are in development for years, they won't be coded to. In time though, games will catch up and use more of the cards full potential. To be honest, I'm not even sure if most games are even using the full potential of the GTX 980Ti.
