scandinavian13 Hello, I want to say sorry for putting another ticket but I though was no answered so I decided to put another one. This is first ticket number 2E1-1DD71ABE-0416 which I send at 12 of NOV to Product support  the second ticket number which has been sent to licence department, The most important is that second one, but both are almost the same 11C-1DF0B2F9-0412 Rafal Lewandowski, thank you in advance.

I'm guessing there's a longer wait time with Christmas just around the corner and people are getting busier in their non-PMDG lives. I know I am.
