fsx-ms PMDG 737 NGX

I've just installed PMDG 737 NGX on FSX. It installed OK but when I go to

V/C cockpit view. Most of the labelling on the control panel are blurred.

They are not blurred in the normal full screen view.

Is this normal, if not can I fix it?

Make sure FSX global settings slider is maxed to the right!

The original posters solution is also listed in the PMDG manual, which is often not read, but has lots of helpful info.
