I have been unable to identify the reason why I am constantly receiving this call-out below transition altitude/level when both of the SYNC CAPT and F/O BARO and SYNC CAPT AND STBY BAROs are set in Simulation to YES.

 

I have searched the manuals but can find no reference to the reasons for this call-out.

What do you mean by "receiving this callout?" What callout? Verbal? Visual? FSX-based?

Sounds like RAASPro. Check with them. That's not a 777 function as we've designed it.

I got this callout as well and it is indeed RAAS. The default transition level in RAAS is 10000 ft, so in the U.S. you'll hear the nag when you're between that altitude and the time you press the std button. You'll need to either set the correct transition level in the RAAS settings or simply disable the callout. There are two checkboxes for that.
