Please help: I bought the Carenado Phenom 300 and I was wondering if there was a way to manually change the fuel/PAX in the aircraft, like you do through the FMC in PMDG's aircraft for example? Thanks :)

I simply change fuel and payload using the FSX drop down menu Aircraft/fuel/payload. Simple
