P3DV3.1 Not Detecting CH Products

Recommended Posts

Woohoo, that's awesome! By the way, thanks for posting what you did to fix the issue. A lot of people either never reply again once they fix what their problem was, or just reply with a "it's fixed now" reply. In the future, if anyone else runs into this they'll see what you did and can give that a try :)

Dear hychewright,

Thank You for your post to fix the CH products yoke and pedals not being detected in P3D ver.3.2. Your fix worked perfect with no problems at all. I uninstalled the CH manager software, unplugged the yoke and pedals, rebooted my PC, reinstalled the yoke and pedals and loaded P3D. The P3D Options > Settings > Controls identified and labeled the CH flight yoke and pro pedals correctly. The yoke and pedals functions all work correctly with no problems.

The only function that needs to be re-assigned is the elevator trim p and trim down for buttons  12 and 11 on the yoke. Could you please provide instructions how to assign the elevator trim up and down functions on the CH yoke to work correctly? The CH yoke and pedals are identified  in P3D ver. 3.2 as "CH FLIGHT SIM YOKE USB"   and "CH PRO PEDLAS USB".

Thank You again. I have spent many days trying to find a fix. Your fix should be posted on  the P3D forum and CH Products forum.

Sincerely and Thank you,

paulwayne
