But my real question is should that entry exist in my EXE.XML? I believe some other 3rd party product may have wiped out or restored a "blank" EXE.XML when I uninstall the product. I keep my own backups fortunately ... but wanted to just clarify that this entry is required in EXE.XML? Cheers, Rob.

VFXCentral will only be present if the "Auto-Launch" feature is enabled in the VFXCentral Preferences. All other modules are loaded through aircraft gauges. I have it in my exe.xml because its set to auto launch when p3d launches.. is it absolutely necessary, or is the main reason to have it launch to just inform of updates (for PrecipFX)?
