I'm curious where could i find real world flight plans from any active 737 operators in the world.

Which flightplan they use "in real time" I cant say, but via the link you can get pretty actual flightplans:

On flightaware you can see the filed waypoints in the 'route' section. Look on the right side of the page here for example: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL98 The only way to know exactly what waypoints they are using in real time (to account for deviations and such) would be to follow along with the plane as it is flying, but IMO that takes all the fun out of simming.
