Lost FSX SE

Recommended Posts

When I updated to w 10 I lost all my FSX SE files. I still have my purchased FSX SE on Steam. How can I re download  FSX to my computer? Is there a way to do it through Steam? Thanks

Just fire up the steam app, on the menu bar, click games > view games library.  On the left side, select FSX SE and click the Play.  Steam will take care of the rest...

BTW, this is precisely why steam is so popular...managing your game library is incredibly easy!

Thanks Kingm56, I appreciate your help. I'm new to Steam  and I also like how it manages games.

You may also find this to be useful. It's a guide on how to backup and restore Steam games in case of an OS reinstall, hardware failure, etc.
