No Auto tune ILS on 777

Recently when I approaching to an airfield like VHHH or RCTP, the CDU did not auto tune the ILS frequency for me

 

Is there any problem? I have installed AIRAC1602 and also tried in AIRAC1601

 

Both doesn't work now

 

It should be fine before when I using AIRAC1601, is it related to my AIRAC or other issue?
